1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You confirm that all details provided during registration are accurate and lawful.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply only to:

• Web Hosting (Shared Hosting)

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your hosting account.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Immediately inform us if you detect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use hosting services for:

• Hosting illegal content (malware, phishing, spam, hacking tools, etc.)
• Copyright-infringing content (movies, songs, pirated software, nulled scripts).
• Adult/pornographic, abusive, or gambling websites prohibited under Indian law.
• Bulk mailing, spam, or activities affecting server/network performance.

Violation of this AUP may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Billing & Payments

• All services are prepaid.
• Renewal invoices must be paid before the due date.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where our Refund Policy applies.
• Prices may change, and notice will be given in advance.

6. Refund Policy

• Web Hosting (Shared Hosting) plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase (first order only).
• Refunds are not applicable on:
  • Domain names
  • SSL Certificates
  • Add-ons or extra services
• Refunds are not provided if account is suspended due to AUP violations.

7. Resource Usage

• Hosting resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Bandwidth) must be used fairly.
• Excessive or abusive usage may result in account suspension.
• "Unlimited" features mean fair use, not infinite resources.

8. Backups & Data

• Backups may be provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for keeping their own data backups.
• Webhostwala.in is not liable for any data loss.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended/terminated for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations.
• Termination may result in permanent loss of data.

10. Support & Uptime

• Support is provided via email/tickets/live chat (based on availability).
• We aim for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unavoidable issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

Webhostwala.in is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by downtime or service issues. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing cycle.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Webhostwala.in harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising out of misuse of our hosting services.

13. Policy Changes

We may update or modify these Terms anytime. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

14. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
