1. Hosting Services
Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their hosting plan within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be provided after 7 days of service activation.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Domain name registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, and third-party add-ons are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your hosting plan anytime through the client area or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, your hosting account and data will be terminated. Please ensure you take necessary backups before cancellation.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
